As we continue our dynamic growth in the market research space, we are looking for an experienced sales leader to help lead the charge.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Commercial Sales Directors focused on selling ad-hoc survey and insight solutions across various verticals
  • Support Commercial Sales Directors throughout the sales cycle, including: partnering on prospecting strategies, meeting preparation efforts, feedback on product demos, creativity in closing deals, and territory reviews
  • Own, drive, and accurately forecast new software bookings, retention, and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Define territory strategies, account lists, and quota expectations
  • Inspire, develop, and retain high-performing Commercial Sales Directors; work with Enablement team to further Sales Directors’ selling skills 
  • Partner with key members of the Sales Ecosystem (Solutions Consulting and SDR team)
  • Partner internally with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Marketing to continuously improve our sales approach and win rate
  • Work with sales leadership team to set the vision, strategy, and tone for your team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years as a first-tier leader of a high-performing commercial/mid-market software sales team
  • 2+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in a SaaS sales role
  • Demonstrated experience growing a high volume business
  • Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding quota

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of inspiring and developing high-performing sales professionals
  • Previous experience/knowledge of Customer Experience Management or Market Research 
  • Available to travel to clients when needed (post-Covid restrictions)
  • Interest in working at a fast-paced, high-growth, company where you are energized by finding and solving problems even if they take you outside of your job description
