In this London-based role you will be responsible for everything from daily operations & vendor management to office moves and partnership on future site selection. A desire to work in a constantly evolving environment and a drive to create empowering spaces and experiences is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing facilities maintenance and operations programs in multiple EMEA locations
  • Setting standards, using metrics, and look for ways to improve optimization of facilities space
  • Develop and design innovative solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies
  • Prepare cost estimates, schedules, correspondence, contracts and purchase requisitions for assigned projects
  • Manage and supervise vendors
  • Manage, implement, and or participate in design and planning of facility
  • Documents Standard Operating Procedures and Preventive Maintenance Procedures, implements and executes
  • Coordinate building space allocation, moves, layouts, and facilities expansion
  • Demonstrated belief in the role and how it has significant impact on the overall experience of a Medallian or visitors. How the small task affects the whole...where the puzzle piece fits.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of facility management or similar experience
  • Experience managing outsourced facilities services vendors across a multi-site platform with a track record of developing service streams
  • Experience developing and managing budgets with strong financial, contract management and purchasing skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities and re-prioritize as necessary in order to align with current business objectives
  • Effectively managing clients (Medallians) to manage, understand & clarify expectations, determine escalations and scope and check for satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills
