Associate Payroll Analyst – US/Canada

At Medallia, we hire the whole person.


* Reconcile and input various payroll data prior to each payroll cycle
* Onboard new hires including running various reports, verifying pay information and ensuring all employee documents are received
* Audit employee changes to ensure accurate data is included in Paylocity before each pay period
* Calculate and prepare termination payments
* Clear any errors within Paylocity
* Ensure employee address updates are integrated to Paylocity
* Upload bonuses, one-time payments and commissions
* Review leaves of absence
* Ensure timecards are submitted by the due date and review various components (hours, OT, Manager approval.etc)
* Respond to employee inquiries


Minimum Qualifications
* Positive can-do attitude
* Ability to meet deadlinesDetailed-oriented, hardworking, great problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to respond to employee inquiries in a friendly manor
* Willing to learn various aspect of payroll processing
* 1 + years of overall payroll experience 

Preferred Qualifications
* Basic level experience with Workday, Paylocity, ADP and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* Strong Communication and Business Partnering skills
