Our Core Collections team is responsible for helping companies engage with customers in increasingly intelligent and personal ways. A BILLION+ consumers provide feedback on their experiences through the platform we’ve built. Over the years, we’ve defined and validated the market, resulting in the acquisition of the who’s who of customers - Four Seasons, Bank of America, GE, The LEGO Group, Wells Fargo, Department of Veterans Affairs, and many more. 
We are looking for a talented, technical, and analytical Senior Product managers to own and drive the vision, strategic roadmap, execution, and scale for collecting feedback from customers and employees through surveys, emails, and other distribution channels. You’ll be responsible for systems of engagement that allow the world’s largest brands to collect data on BILLIONS of experiences worldwide each year.


  • Have a “CEO Mindset” and own the product strategy
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand context and prioritize problems.
  • Precisely articulate problems, define product requirements and plan releases.
  • Work directly with engineering to design, define, develop and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Report back to executive teams on progress, priority, trade-offs, impact and long term plan.
  • Own and pragmatically prioritize the backlog - solve the right problem at the right time.
  • Work closely with engineering to drive operational excellence and quality.
  • Think and build products with a platform mindset - metadata, APIs, scale.


  • 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience using SCRUM tools to manage the product milestones and communicate priorities.
  • Fluency in English
  • Academic focus in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent analytical experience
  • B2B SaaS product experience, ideally in Marketing Automation, Ad Tech, or CRM
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure operating at enterprise scale
  • Experience using web and log analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk etc.)
  • Experience with user research, design thinking, and agile development methodologies
