The Manager, GTM Process & Operations is a critical member of the GTM Operations team. This role will be an operational business partner to all GTM functions (sales, marketing, finance) and is responsible for the operational strategy with a relentless focus on driving operational process efficiencies. The leader will work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders and work closely with IT/Systems to drive improvements. This role will report into the head of GTM Strategy & Operations


What You'll Do

Process Cadence: Own the business process. Constantly monitor and drive operational efficiencies to optimize the effectiveness and impact of sales process. Engage stakeholders to drive operational excellence and results.

Execution: Work closely with IT/Systems to gather and translate business requirements for IT/Systems to build the right technical solutions

Strategic Programs: Ensure strategy is properly defined, implemented, and executed by cross-functional operating teams through leading GTM Business Programs.

GTM Systems: Create an integrated ecosystem of GTM tools with Salesforce CRM at the center and become internal SME on CRM architecture best practices



Requirements

  • 4+ years prior experience working in operations (Sales, Marketing, Finance) or in driving process;
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with other tools common to an enterprise tech stack - Sales Engagement platforms, CRM, Learning Management, Quote-to-Cash & CPQ
  • Strong communicator with keen attention to detail. Critical thinker.
  • Salesforce CRT-101 (or ADM 101) certified. Advanced Salesforce certifications a big plus.
