As a Professional Services Sales Senior Manager you will leverage your deep experience of software implementations, as well as expert knowledge of Medallia to inspire client confidence. In your role you will help both new prospect clients and existing Medallia clients outline best practice solutions that address specific client business needs and business outcomes, while being practical to implement and easy to service.
The role is both challenging and rewarding. You will expand opportunities within existing accounts and develop opportunities in new clients outlining best practice solutions that address specific client business needs and business outcomes, while being practical to implement and easy to service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in customer experience, SaaS technology, consulting, market research, client management, and services sales or pre-sales to take a leading role in transforming the way our clients engage their customers and in driving Medallia’s growth. A self-starter who is confident, flexible, creative, a great presenter, a team player, able to build a rapport quickly, has strong organisation and communication skills, with a must-win attitude and growth mindset. The role will be covering key opportunities across Benelux & Nordics.
You will be responsible for the sales business of Professional Services for your region working closely with other Medallia stakeholder groups across the business, namely software sales, solutions consulting, customer success, professional services and product management. You are often the critical link between commitments made during the sale and delivery during the implementation.
