About Medallia’s Market Intelligence Team: The Market Intelligence team develops critical market insights that help shape Medallia’s organizational strategy. We take a data-driven approach to uncover new growth opportunities, influence prospective sales deals around the world, and produce industry-leading research for the experience management category Medallia created.
Value engineering and consulting is a core pillar of the team’s charter, and our team partners closely with Medallia’s global sales ecosystem to deliver analyses that demonstrate the value of Medallia’s powerful suite of technologies to prospective buyers. By showcasing untapped insights and creating concrete business cases, we play a critical role in accelerating sales opportunities and driving top line growth.
The Role: As a senior manager on the Market Intelligence team, you will play a critical role leading a team of value realization consultants and supporting key customer engagements. You’ll leverage your quantitative background to help clients and prospects understand the full financial impact of implementing Medallia solutions by developing data-driven business cases and modeling the financial impact of improving customer and employee experiences. You’ll work closely with our global sales ecosystem, and regularly present your work to executive stakeholders at some of the world’s most admired brands.
