The Role

The Senior Producer, Brand and Creative Team is a highly skilled creative resource for the internal Medallia Brand and Creative agency and works to bring content to life. As a Senior Producer you will bring production expertise & tactical execution for marketing campaigns. You will be facilitating and overseeing the production of brand creative strategy and work closely with the global marketing groups and other internal and external teams to help tell our stories to the world. This is a remote position in the US, reporting directly to Global Head of Brand and Creative.

Responsibilities

  • Safeguard execution quality and monitor the production of creative extensions from ideation through delivery 
  • Drive collaborative end to end integrated campaigns and help facilitate campaign kickoffs, mid-point check-ins, and postmortems. 
  • Support vendor selection and production bidding. 
  • Lead cross-functional socialization to ensure collaboration and break down of silos
  • Manage creative production costs and communication, by informing teams on their spend and what adjustments can be made based on creative or budgetary constraints.
  • Source quality & innovative production solutions
  • Work to streamline production & ensure appropriate usage of global asset suite across cross-functional departments.
  • Be involved upstream in the briefing phase or early stages of development to level set effort, cost & production implications.
  • Responsible for brand and creative team day to day production with internal embedded partners & external agencies/vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience executing creative strategy
  • 1 year of experience with integrated campaigns.
  • 1 year of experience with Adobe CC; Wrike or any other PMM tool, Slack, and Gsuite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a technology or agency environment.
  • Deep experience working on fast paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media activations.
  • Knowledge and experience with on set production.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships, efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners
