We are looking for a seasoned Global Head of Brand & Creative to take our brand to new heights. You will be responsible for leading the global brand and creative direction for a publicly traded high growth company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creative strategy and building brands, while helping us put a cohesive visual story together. This candidate will also be well versed at nurturing talent, managing, and sourcing external agencies/contractors, while helping to pitch our story internally to get companywide adoption of our campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
Guide the direction and evolution of brand, voice, and visual identity of Medallia and develop creative direction for all marketing.
Ensure consistent execution of brand and identity across acquired brands, regions, verticals, solutions, products, events, sponsorships, and all marketing expressions.
Oversee the prioritization and assignment of all creative requests across web, print and digital marketing collateral.
Coach and mentor a team of designers, producers, and video professionals to deliver their best creative work and grow their careers.
Hire and grow a best in-class global creative team.
Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and creative strategies
Partner with external partners, vendors, and agencies, as necessary.
Own and maintain creative budget.
- 10 years of Brand and Creative Experience
- 6+ years of leading, developing and inspiring design and creative teams
- Deep understanding and proficiency in conceptual brand storytelling
- Entrepreneurial mindset that is focused on driving value in customer experience as much as the end-user experience through engaging collateral and branding
- Ability to manage multiple work streams independently and within the team.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- BS in Business or MBA
