The Medallia Research Services team is expanding!
As we begin to ramp up our services offerings for market research clients, we are looking to recruit the first technical services team member to work alongside brands who seek market research services. This is a great opportunity for someone to shape and build out the technical services offering for our Research Services products, partnering closely with R&D to help drive the product roadmap for acquired technologies (LivingLens, Crowdicity, Promoter).
Scope of Role
Technical Work streams
Delivery of technical work streams (LivingLens widgets, API integrations, cross product deployments)Build out technical offering model for research servicesSupport with building out knowledge base and codifying technical solutions and processes
Collaborate with support and product on enablement and roadmap improvementsDelivery of non-standard technical solutions
Market Research Delivery
Technical onboarding and training for MR clients
Define the QA process fit for MR needs
Oversee technical solution usage across client base and develop client roadmaps
Collaborate with engineering to streamline backend provisioning
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Medallia PS technical lead
Strong client communication and management skills
