Sales Operations Analyst

The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team. This is an opportunity to play an integral in making the “sales machine” operate smoothly! You will be part of the team that blends strategy with execution, analytics with innovation, leadership with teamwork to implement operational excellence for the sales organization. In this role, you’ll support  robust data analysis, contributing to process improvements and ensuring accuracy for the team. This is an opportunity to drive measurable improvements in sales performance and grow your career in sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy and uphold data hygiene in Salesforce
  • Design, collaborate, unit test, release and communicate process enhancements within various sales systems
  • Develop robust suite of reporting/analytics that uncover key performance insights/intelligence for sales leadership
  • Standardize reporting of pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, cycle time, and other key performance metrics
  • Support building board, company meeting, sales meeting presentations and other important updates
  • Support data management initiatives to ensure data accuracy and data hygiene.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Sales Operations
  • Experience with complex Excel modeling

  • Collaboration, teamwork, and partnership skills
  • Creative mind, innovative thinker, eager to learn, grow, and develop
  • Expertise with Salesforce.com and Anaplan
