As the core of Medallia’s professional services, the Professional Services team deploys and manages the Medallia feedback platform for leading global companies in telecommunications, financial services, retail, hospitality, and other industries. As part of this team, you’ll partner with senior decision makers at admired brands on a mission critical task — helping companies improve in the eyes of their ultimate judges: customers. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology and tackle real business problems. You’ll conduct analyses that deepen companies’ understanding of what works and what doesn’t. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of industries and work with amazing colleagues. As a Senior Manager, you will be part of a founding team in Germany working closely with our local leadership to evolve Medallia’s Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions across a portfolio of diverse client programs. You'll be responsible for the ongoing professional development and success of your team and, by extension, the health of client programs your team works with. You’ll have continuous opportunities to collaborate across Medallia’s global offices and impact the direction of the EMEA organisation.
Lead and build the professional services arm in region
Lead and refine the processes that enable the Professional Services team to operate smoothly and effectively
Ensure programs are high quality, within scope, on-time, and within budget, with a high level of client satisfaction
Oversee work plans and execution; identify and mitigate risks; ensure programs are resourced appropriately
Ensure Medallia’s industry expertise and best practices are leveraged in solving client business challenges
Professional Services and company initiatives:
Work cross-functionally across Medallia departments and geographies to improve our people, processes, and product
Extensive experience in enterprise software, management or technical consulting, project management
Love coaching, mentoring, and practicing servant leadership
Business acumen to drive our organisation forward
Meaningful people management and/or team leadership experience
Significant client management experience, including in an escalation capacity
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with client executives
Growth-minded, with a passion for continuous learning and proactively driving initiatives for improvement
Thrive in a high-growth, sometime nebulous, fast-paced environment
Experience of leading projects/programs/change management initiatives based on a technology solution
University degree, with MBA / Master’s and quantitative/analytical degrees preferred, such as engineering, computer science, or economics
