Sales Analysts partner is an essential part of the entire Sense360 Sales Process:
Prospect Generation: Data and Insights are an integral part of our sales process. As such, our Sales and Marketing teams will lean on you to develop compelling and scalable analyses that drive engagement from new sales prospects 
Solution Consulting: Once you develop a deep understanding of our product suite, sellers will lean on you to prescribe the right solutions for prospects during sales calls, as well as demo our suite of solutions to bring the product to life
Proof of Concepts: We have found that running a proof of concept can increase close rates, increase contract sizes, and decrease time to close, You will work with your sales counterparts in order to identify opportunities to bring real data into the sales process to wow our prospects, and help drive an eventual contract close

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years Experience in an analytics-focused customer-facing role
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills 
- Innate curiosity to fully learn and explain the products and services offered by Sense360
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple activities and deadlines 
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong storytelling skill (specifically in deck creation within PPT) 
- A unique blend of business and technical presentation skills (remote and in-person), communication (oral & written), and analytics capabilities (Excel and/or sql)
- Comfortable both leading a client meeting as well as working on an analysis in the back room
- Technological Experience:Excel, Powerpoint 


Expert level in Excel and PPT
Experience in Google Drive (Sheets and Slides)
Experience in SQL and VBA, or another coding language (once you learn one it's easy to learn others - I first learned code through CSS and HTML)
Creative/Innovative thinking!
Strong communication and project management skills - how you speak, but also making sure that the entire team is up to speed and understands how you are supporting them
This is HUGE, the role is cross functional and supports multiple people/accounts - in a single week I could bounce between 5-20 different client needs
Strong storytelling and design skills - we can give them tools to improve, but they need to have a foundation to build on
Ability to communicate complex analysis for all skill levels (if they can't understand it, they can't use it; therefore, it has no value)
